a day in the life of a stylist is filled with wonder and excitment...

 4p
94 degrees. stand barefoot and w/o permission in stranger's prickled and weedy flower bed. pose uncomfortably for multiple photographs. know only a handful will be to satisfaction. ignore gawking passers-by. fingers crossed no one asks what you are doing. be prepared to run.

 6p
homeward bound. spotted curbside-weathered shutters of various sizing. struggle to put shutters in truck wearing the above dress. muffle anger towards man helplessly standing by watching you labor (this happens more often than chivalry would approve.) spend the next hour or so anxiously pondering your actions...why did you take them? are you a hoarder?? what would brando do? ideas rear their head, notes are jotted, screws are inventoried. therapy is put on hold.

1 vintage lunching basket

7p
spend 4 hours decoupaging the adjacent basket, additional to the 5hrs clocked the previous evening.
2 craft supplies, chinese newspaper

3 ReDUX
counterfeit paper napkins
11p
make dinner. take several photogs of meal. watch it getting cold. pretend to be foolishly wealthy, enough so to use hundred dollar bills
to wipe your face.

crop, filter, edit, perfect, obsess.
wash, lather, rinse, repeat.
